Weds 10th. May – Max Tasters – Improvers 4.4 miles(Easier) and Advanced 6.7 miles (but Tougher) or Scawswater Runs (4/6/8 Miles) or performance session.
Weds 17th. May – Trelissick Trail Runs (4/6/9 Miles) or 8 miles Trail Run to Devoran or downhill running technique.
Weds 24th. May – Out and Back run for 15/20/25 minutes on Newham Trail or Max Taster 7.5 Miles or Track session.
Weds 31st. May – St. Clements Loops (4/5.2/6.7/7.6 Miles) or Track session.
Weds 7th. June – Full Max Rehearsal 6.7 miles or Park and Park Farm Runs (about 4 miles) or Track session.
Weds 14th June – Full Max Rehearsal 6.7 Miles or St. Clement Loops (4/5.2/6.7/7.6) or Track Session.
Weds 21st. June – Meet Your Max . No Club Run Tonight.
Weds 28th. June – Video Workshop with Lou Nicholettos. Half Marathon Tasters or Scawswater Runs (4/6/8 Miles) or Faster Running Session on Malpas Route (4/8 Miles) or Track Session.
