The inclusion of a rule to ban the use of personal entertainment systems
(I.Pods, MP3 players etc) by competitors in GP races
To qualify for the Grand Prix, runners
need to do a minimum of 8 races over the season (2 of which need to be over 10
miles). Awards will be presented at the Mob Match on Sunday 28th November 2010
