We hope you find the new schedule caters for what you want as a member of Truro Running Club. If it does not, please let us know so that we can endeavour to provide what you want.

Due to weather the planned sessions may be subject to change at short notice.

 Please note that individual training schedules and or coaching can be provided on request.

For your safety and that of the general public, the committee has introduced a club rule. Between the 1st of September and 1st April all members MUST wear a light or reflective top. Members not complying will be asked not to run with the club on the night.
